Each year, employer branding firm Universum surveys over one million student job seekers worldwide to find out which companies are most attractive to them, and which factors most affect their decision.

Measuring both business and engineering/IT student job preferences, Universum’s World’s Most Attractive Employers Report provides insight into popular industries, top career goals, most desired employer attributes and more. Across all backgrounds, students expressed a strong desire for work-life balance and job stability, as well as professional development opportunities and a creative and dynamic work environment.
