Why did you decide to join Yello?
I was referred to Yello by a friend who is a current employee. I decided to join because of how highly he spoke about the organization and because I believe in the product.
What is your job? Tell us a bit about your day-to-day.
As a Client Success Specialist, I help our clients have the best experience using our software. I provide demonstrations and trainings to assist clients in accomplishing their goals. I also investigate potential bugs in our software and work with our engineering teams to resolve any issues.
What is your favorite thing about working at Yello?
The people! The Yello leadership team is very approachable, and Yello employees collaborate cross-departmentally to teach and learn from one another. But, most importantly, I enjoy building relationships with our clients to help them eliminate gaps in the hiring process.
What is something you couldn’t live without?
As much as I hate to admit it, I definitely couldn’t live without my iPhone.
What is your number one bucket list item?
It’s a tie between two: I’d like to swim in the Great Barrier Reef and visit the Egyptian pyramids.
What’s your favorite thing to do in Chicago?
Nothing beats spending a day at the lake!
