Corey Ferengul
Chief Executive Officer
Corey Ferengul oversees all aspects of Yello’s operations, sales, product development, go-to-market strategy and guidance of the company’s talented team. With more than 25 years of experience, Corey has been serving as Yello’s Executive Chairman for the company since early 2020 and brings robust expertise in enterprise software and SaaS. Corey is currently a board member and investor for Hyde Park Angels and also serves on the board of directors for other companies. Most recently, Corey was the executive chairman and CEO of Magnetic, overseeing the launch of innovative technology and repositioning the company ahead of its sale to Deloitte Digital. Corey also served as CEO of Undertone and held leadership positions at Rovi Corporation, Platinum Technology and Meta Group.
Dan Bartfield
Co-Founder
Dan Bartfield is the Co-Founder of Yello. Dan helps with all aspects of the organization, and currently his main focus is overseeing Yello’s sales and client success strategy. Dan’s role is to analyze different customer-facing teams within the organization and discover how we can effectively scale while directly benefiting our customers. Prior to launching Yello, Dan co-founded the largest career services software platform, EASE, used by more than 450 institutions throughout the U.S. Dan graduated from Miami University with a degree in Marketing.
Richard Browning
VP of Engineering
Richard Browning is the VP of Engineering at Yello where he oversees the engineering teams and development of all of Yello’s products. With over two decades of experience leading teams that deliver reliable, high-performing software across a wide range of scales and industries he is passionate about the practical implementation of agile methodologies and drives collaboration across the business. Richard holds a MEng from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom.
Rick Glickman
Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer
Rick Glickman is a seasoned financial executive with 25 years of experience managing M&As, building shareholder value, directing turnarounds and improving cash flow and profitability. Prior to joining Yello, Rick provided operational and financial efficiency services through Glickman Advisory to clients in the technology, services and digital media industries. His previous financial and operational leadership roles include positions with Magnetic Media Online, Operative Media, Teliris, EYP Mission Critical Facilities and the DMR Consulting Group as CFO of its $500 million U.S. division. Rick began his career and spent 5 years with KPMG before moving on to the private sector.
Michael Megerian
EVP of Sales
As EVP of Sales, Michael Megerian is responsible for revenue at Yello. Michael leads Yello’s Sales and Solution Consulting Teams in aligning the business initiatives of all of our customers to Yello’s campus and professional solutions to drive value and help recruiters love their work. Michael has 18 years of SaaS-based strategic sales, enterprise account management and customer success experience with Yello, Oracle, Taleo and Ariba. Michael graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Finance.
Jen Meza
VP of People
Jen Meza is the VP of People at Yello. She spends every day making sure Yello attracts, develops and retains the best talent — so we can execute Yello’s mission to help recruiting teams love their work. Prior to Yello, Jen spent six years at an innovation lab in Los Angeles, scaling multiple spinouts in diverse industries from social gaming to native advertising. Before Jen’s journey in HR took flight, she worked as a professional opera singer and holds a Bachelors in Music from Syracuse University with a Masters in Music from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
Maureen Polte
VP of Product
As the VP of Product, Maureen Polte assumes responsibility for expanding Yello’s product strategy. As a senior level software product strategist with over 25 years of experience, she brings an extensive track record of results through successful product launches and go-to-market plans for subscription-based, SaaS models and traditional software. Her proven expertise includes product management, product development and broad experience in sales, marketing, business development and M&A. Maureen recently served as Vice President, Commercial Product Management and Product Marketing for Kofax and has held product leadership roles at Flexera and Everspring.
Kathy Sharo
VP of Marketing
As VP of Marketing, Kathy Sharo leads all go-to-market strategies for Yello, working closely with the sales and product teams to increase brand awareness, generate leads and develop thought leadership. With over 25 years of experience in business-to-business technology marketing, Kathy recently served as VP of Marketing for WorkWell Prevention & Care and founded Web Words Matter, a marketing consulting firm serving SilkRoad, Kofax, Sphera and other technology companies. Her prior roles include marketing leadership positions with Macrovision Corporation (now Flexera), Follett Software and Computer Associates.
Scott Underwood
VP of Customer Success
Scott Underwood is the VP of Customer Success at Yello. Passionate about delivering unparalleled business value to our customers, Scott brings a proven track record of client engagement and a deep understanding of the daily challenges faced by HR leaders — particularly just how difficult it can be for executives to articulate progress, maturity and success in a continually evolving tech climate. Prior to coming to Yello, Scott held positions at the cybersecurity firms Axio and Core Security. Scott received a BA from Western Kentucky University and an MBA from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business. Scott has also served and been an avid supporter of the Atlanta start-up community for more than a decade, and still mentors many up and coming start-ups.
