To that end, Cielo’s CRM sends more than 1 million emails every month, keeping thousands of top candidates engaged with the firm’s clients before and after their interview. The platform gives the talent acquisition team a leg up on speed and communication, which has transformed the company into a more efficient RPO machine.
Every month, recruiters for Cielo’s clients schedule more than 30,000 phone screens using self-service technology. That’s about one interview scheduled every 80 seconds through the software—an incredible rate that demands a truly powerful platform. And automated interview scheduling is life-changing for recruiters. Rather than playing phone tag for two or three days, candidates schedule themselves and talk to recruiters the very next day.
Cielo also uses video interviewing throughout the world. Instead of dealing with the hassle and cost of travel, recruiters can do a live video interview. Or instead of scheduling a phone conversation, they’re able to request a recorded interview at their convenience.
Here’s the bottom line: Cielo has seen a reduction of about two days from their average time-to-fill. Multiply that across the volume of candidates they process for hundreds of clients, and the cost and time savings are tremendous. The interview scheduling feature has slashed time-to-fill by advancing the initial conversation and requiring less effort for both candidates and recruiters.
