Yello Marks One Year Anniversary of WayUp Acquisition and Celebrates Significant Customer Growth and User Engagement

Highlights from Yello’s accelerated momentum include:

  • WayUp <> Yello integration: The integration between Yello Enterprise and WayUp unlocks key efficiencies for campus recruiters in advance of the fall recruiting season — including the ability to create and promote events and open positions across both platforms.   • Continued commitment to DEI: Seventy-one percent of the WayUp database is composed of underrepresented groups. In the first half of 2022, WayUp added 400k new users to the database, and remains focused on the critical importance of DEI in early talent. In the first half of 2022, new user acquisition efforts resulted in 70% more diverse candidates than the same period last year.
  • New campus planning tools: Yello Enterprise and WayUp both released Campus Diversity Insights, a collection of dashboards with the student demographic data recruiters need to target schools that support diversity goals. Recruiters using the tool can take a data-driven approach to campus planning, more easily decide which schools to invest in, and better understand campus/diversity results at each school.
