I’ve always been of the mindset that being in the background while helping clients become more successful was the key to building great SaaS companies. That’s why building a brand, to me, was never that important. Our products and company had consistently been referred to as “HR Tech’s Best Kept Secret” and I know now that this works only to a certain point.
To really attract top talent to your own organization, you have to establish an incredible brand. To do this well, it means spending resources to market your products and people, and we started this summer to do both.
Today, Yello is thrilled to announce that our Interview Scheduling Software was named a Top HR Product of 2015 by Human Resource Executive Magazine. It is a very exciting honor as I know so many companies in HR Tech submitted their software applications to be reviewed. Coming out on top is a great validation to the incredible companies that rely on Yello’s Enterprise platform and scheduling solutions to make their recruiting teams more efficient and effective.
I’m very proud of the product team at Yello that took ownership of our Scheduling solution from the beginning. They had tremendous input from our Client Success Group, many of our largest clients, and Yello’s entire senior leadership team. Ultimately, none of this would have happened without the tremendous effort and dedication from Yello’s world-class engineering team.
