Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council is a committed team of individuals who continue to push forward our DEI initiatives, and are supported by the resources of Yello. They work directly with executive leadership to drive transparency and accountability.

Employee Resource Groups
Yello is committed to building community and supporting causes important to our team through our collection of employee resource groups. These are voluntary, employee-led groups dedicated to specific communities within Yello that have a unifying mission and shared goals. ERGs are open to all employees at Yello and help us celebrate our similarities — and differences — at Yello.
Our mission is to help employees give back to our community while building deeper connections within Yello.
We focus on connecting and supporting people of diverse gender and sexuality groups with a goal of increasing inclusivity, education, awareness and a sense of community at Yello.
Women at Yello
Our mission is to establish a collaborative and inclusive community at Yello that supports women in their personal and professional development.
Our mission is to raise awareness of veterans issues, facilitate involvement in community outreach programs related to veterans, and promote veteran hiring at Yello.
Our mission is to introduce sustainability initiatives that will make Yello more environmentally friendly through education and community.
