Watching my team succeed and get recognized for a job well done.

What is a professional goal you STRIVE to achieve?

Increasing the number of women and underrepresented minorities in consulting roles.

What do you see as the biggest challenge facing recruitment?

Employers’ need for analytics and technology specialists has grown faster than the talent pool, making the “talent war” very real!
