New Feature: Keep Recruiters & Candidates Safe with Contactless Event Check-In
Yello is excited to help employers return to campus this fall — while prioritizing safety for everyone. Contactless check-in allows candidates to use a QR code to share their information at events, rather than using a shared tablet.
With uncertainty about event logistics this fall, protecting the health of employers and students will be top of mind at all campuses and diversity conferences.
Last year, Yello introduced virtual recruiting solutions to give teams more options to recruit during social distancing. This year, we’re excited to announce another option to keep recruiters and candidates safe: contactless check-in.
With contactless check-in, recruiters can create a QR code directly within Yello that links to a candidate collect form.
That QR code can be displayed on registration kiosks at events, during virtual sessions, or downloaded and printed anywhere. Candidates simply scan the code and will be directed to complete a collect form that will mark them as “attended” for the related event.
This additional flexibility at events provides candidates and recruiting teams a safe way to return to in-person recruitment events, while ensuring that recruiters can easily track attendance.
