Fall 2024 State of Campus Recruiting Survey: Now Open for a Limited Time

With busy season winding down, we’re taking a step back and looking at what campus recruiters experienced during the fall recruiting rush. We’re always looking to gather and share insights about the early career recruiting landscape, and are excited to announce the return of our annual State of Campus Recruiting report in early 2025.

Leading up to the report, we opened the State of Campus Recruiting Survey to gather insights about your unique experiences and challenges recruiting early talent this fall. The survey covers a variety of topics including campus recruiting goals and challenges, hiring competition, campus recruiting tech stack, and more.

We need your input to make the report a success!

We’ll turn the anonymous survey responses into an aggregated report packed with industry insights, statistics, and action items for 2025. Your response will help your team and other recruiters evaluate their results from 2024 and craft a data-driven campus recruiting strategy for 2025.
