Steve has nearly two decades of experience in talent acquisition, campus recruiting and university relations, with a focus on modernizing recruitment processes. As the Director of College Recruiting at CSRA, Steve developed a scalable recruiting model to deliver an interview-to-offer time of 14 days, while meeting annual hiring goals of 140 full-time and intern positions. Previously, Steve served as National Recruiting Director at Deloitte and Associate Director, Employer Development at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

I guess what I do at Yello is what I have been doing my whole career before Yello – being the voice of recruitment change! So many organizations are still recruiting like they did in 1984: handwritten notes on resumes, multiple static spreadsheets, etc. My mission is to tell the world that there is a better way. I evangelize the benefits of bringing technology and systems, like Yello, into the recruiting universe through content, blogs, traditional media, social media, speaking engagements and key events.
